- C.3.3.2: Some forms may not have clear instructions or labels explaining what to enter.
- C.4.1.2: Interactive elements (menus, buttons, fields) do not correctly communicate their function to screen readers.
- C.4.1.3 Status messages (such as confirmations, errors, completed uploads) may not be automatically announced to screen readers.
